Easter Sunday Playing Field Ninja Trail and Bootcamp Open Session

Easter Sunday 0900hrs to 1100hrs

The regular Bootcamp session will run at 0900hr for 45mins with the last 15mins run as a taster session for those who are interested in joining the fun. If you are not sure what this involves, please come along to watch and maybe try your hand at
the fitness exercises.

No previous experience required: open to all ages and abilities and bound to put a smile on your face!

From 0945hrs onwards there will be tea, coffee, cake and snacks available incorporating an Easter Egg Hunt at 1030hrs for those of all ages with a sense of adventure.

As always, this session is absolutely free, welcomes new members for fun friendship and is guaranteed to improve your fitness. Whether you are a novice bootcamper or a fitness fanatic, this could be just what you are looking for to start off Sunday mornings.
