New post for new posts!

As the 2024/2025 football season draws to a close, the Parish Council goes one step ahead for next season by installing a new set of goalposts on the playing field.

Two goalposts complete with nets have replaced the well-used earlier versions and look likely to be a permanent fixture for many seasons to come. Made from durable steel and set in substantial foundations, the posts were erected by members of the PC over recent weeks and are now in use for all to enjoy.

There are more additions planned for the field soon – watch this space!
